  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather conditions may affect the delivery time of perishable items. We will notify you if there are any delays due to weather.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. All perishable items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain optimal temperature during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Harvest Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
